Diving into your history will assist me in what stimulates you and makes me understand how to properly motivate you going forward! That is what ASH Fitness is all about, finding your true purpose and exploiting it. Finding out what is holding you back and cutting ties with it, is what I work on. Taking that negative energy and turning it into an exciting outcome is my goal and yours! Here at Always Sustaining Health, we focus on the fundamentals of everyday functional patterns, increasing energy levels, raising metabolic rate, nutritional guidance, and your overall well-being.  Focusing on giving you the attention you deserve!

  Are you a tactile or visual learner? If you're more hands-on, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your fitness level in person, either at the gym or at any location you feel at best! I will assess your body function to tailor a program designed specifically for you! Using various equipment, like free weights, machines, track & field, and resistance bands. There will always be a good challenge and having fun while completing those challenges.  I will be there to guide you step by step on how to obtain your goals not just in the gym, but in your everyday life. To my visual learners, you will have the opportunity to learn solo or as a group on the new and exciting full-body exercises, in the comfort of your own private space! You may not prefer crowded gyms but by using the majority of your body weight or resistance bands, this modality will consist of high Intervals Training, from 10 minutes of abs training to 60 minutes of full body exercise! You will receive the same energy and feedback as if we were in person and I will be there with you until I address your concerns or questions. Let's face it, in today's time, the quality of food intake has dropped tremendously. The only way we can defend ourselves, and live a long prosperous life, is by sustaining a healthy lifestyle. It has to start with YOU!

I have had experience in dealing with the human anatomy and mind. Understanding that when you're training the body, you are also training the mind and when you prepare the mind you will have control of the body. I overcame being homeless and many hard obstacles in my life, not just by working out, but also by meditation, breathing techniques, and proper food intake, which are essential to elevate your mind and body.
